Dan Reid is a UK based photographer whose career has seen him travel the world, shooting some of the planet’s biggest brand campaigns, recording artists and live events.
A sublime operator behind the lens, Dan is well known for being one of the UK’s leading music photographers. His work regularly features on the covers of prestigious publications including Q, NME and DJ Magazine. Top labels such as Mercury, EMI, Virgin, Warner and Ministry Of Sound also often commission him directly, to create a dynamic visual identity for their artists and releases.
Commanding huge regard in the electronic dance music scene, Dan remains first choice photographer for many of the world’s most reputable and esteemed DJs. Shoots for the likes of Carl Cox, Solomun and David Guetta have lead to him cementing his name across a broad range of music genre industries.
With an extensive back catalogue to his name, it’s no surprise that Dan is highly skilled at live event photography. Dan’s valued and intellectual work was used during the launch campaign for Liam Gallagher’s clothing imprint, Pretty Green; he now holds an on-going relationship with the brand.
Dan is also a long-term partner with major Japanese audio equipment manufacturer – Pioneer. He has continually been working on product launch campaigns for sometime now, even shooting on location, in Ibiza. Dan has continued to work in Ibiza as an on going project, as well as frequently snapping for Pioneer.
